Cardiovascular Sex Differences Monthly Journal Club (Electronic)

The Cardiovascular Sex Differences Monthly Electronic Journal Club is an educational component of Women's Heart Health at Stanford.  It serves to keep health care providers and researchers informed and up to date on sex differences in cardiovascular disease.  Because Women's Heart Health at Stanford includes health care providers and researchers from a broad spectrum of specialties, the journal club articles are equally diverse.

The key feature of the articles is that they address sex differences related to cardiovascular disease, but they may come from any discipline (ie, mental health, genetics, ob/gyn, heart failure, nutrition, etc.)  Sex-specific articles are also considered.  Each month participants receive the journal club article and a one-page review done in a format similar to the ACP Journal Club and the ACC Cardiosource Review Journal.
