Congratulations to the 2009 winners of Cardiovascular Institute seed grants!
July 24, 2009
Thirty-nine proposals were submitted by interdisciplinary research teams for the Cardiovascular Institute's 2009 seed grants. The most impressive and diverse yet, the submissions propose innovative ideas and collaborators from over 15 departments.
A considerable number of proposals received high-scores, making it impossible for the judges--Drs. John Cooke, Mark Hlatky, Robert Robbins and Sofie Kleppner--to choose only three. Thus, after lengthy consideration,
Congratulations to the 2009 winners of Cardiovascular Institute seed grants!
